Update your Nvidia display driver, it is out of date
    http://www.nvidia.com/object/win7-wi...ql-driver.html

ASACPI.sys the 2005 version is a huge cause of BSODs
       Information
The 2005 version of this driver is a known BSOD cause.
Please visit this link: ASUSTeK Computer Inc. -Support- Drivers and Download P7P55D LE
Scroll down to the Utilities category, then scroll down to the "
    ATK0110 driver for WindowsXP/Vista/Windows 7 32&64-bit" (it's about the 12th item down).
    Download and install it.
Go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers to check and make sure that the ASACPI.sys file is date stamped from 2009 or 2010 (NOT 2005)

    Code:
    ASACPI.sys fffff880`05b7a000 fffff880`05b82000 0x00008000 0x42476c4c 28/03/2005 06:30:36
    Code:
    nvlddmkm.sys fffff880`04852000 fffff880`05359b00 0x00b07b00 0x4a0c8387 15/05/2009 00:48:07

    BillAye,
You are in good hands. Let me suggest that in your next reply you include a minidump file from your latest bsod.

Also, although much of the info can be dug out of the .zip file, if you would fluff out your system specs that would be helpful.

    UPDATE YOUR SEVENFORUMS SYSTEM SPECS

User CP (3rd item in the top menu bar) |
in left-hand column, under Your Profile, Edit System Spec |

Use Speccy - System Information - Free Download
and/or SIW to gather info for filling in the blanks.

Do me a favor. Please add the word laptop or desktop to the “system manufacturer” block.

Provide full windows version info, such as provided by Speccy:
    MS Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit SP1

Use the “Other Info” block for Optical Reader, Mouse, touchpad, wifi adapter, speakers, monitor

Scroll down and click on the SAVE CHANGES button.

    On all lurkers,

I welcome any analysis of the dumps.

    I'm presently chasing other rainbows.

Will be back at it tomorrow, but I know that Bill would appreciate an answer before tomorrow.

    thanks,
