    Please provide this information: https://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-d...tructions.html

Most likely this is due to a corruption in a program associated with your video card - but the reports I requested will help us to figure out exactly what's causing it.

MSINFO32 shows video errors along with a few hibernation errors. In the old days errors with hibernation were a sure sign of video issues. It's not so certain with Vista/7, but it's still a strong possibility.

I would uninstall the current video drivers and install these: ATI Catalyst

I'd ensure that the laptop was staying cool and is used on a hard surface - maybe even using a cooling pad.
I'd ensure that the fan is blowing air out of the case - and I'd blow out all vents with canned air (DON'T use a vacuum or a compressor as they can cause damage).

If that doesn't stop it, then try replacing the chipset and the storage drivers (they are also involved in the hibernation process).
