Ubuntu 11.10 off of a USB stick. Just kinda using it as the primary for time being because it's stable.

Windows 7 Ult x64 - SP1/ Windows 8 Pro x64

Set the RAM frequency to 1333 MHz.
In your BIOS > MB Intelligent Tweaker > Advanced DRAM Features > System Memory Multiplier, You should have an option to set the SPD to 1333 MHz, select this option.
Let me know if it doesn't have this option and we will do it manually.
Change 'Performance Enhance' from 'Turbo' to 'Standard'.

For now leave the Qpi/vtt at 1.250v and the DRAM at 1.70v.
If it runs stable we will lower the voltages.
Make sure the 'Command Rate' is still at 2T.

If it runs long enough, post the CPUZ SPD tabs.

Let me know if you changed all these settings, confirm each setting.

And, of coarse, if you have any questions.
