Well, it looks like there's an issue with your hard drive that prevents the BCD from being saved - and I'd have to wonder if it's related to the BSOD.

Which says to me that the system can't find the BCD store - which means that there's issues with the partition (IMO)
Are you running Startup Repair from a disk or from the built in partition on the hard drive. I prefer to use it from a disk as it seems to work better for me (even if I have to load the drivers
manually). And, I suggest running it 3 times (rebooting inbetween) for maximum effectiveness.
I recall using Partition Magic years ago. I used it a lot and eventually found that using it too much would cause my system to become unrepairable. The only fix was a full format of the hard drive.
