Well the nvidia driver kernel is crashing... hard apparently.
The Video_tdr_failure basically just means the card timed out. It took too long to perform and function and the system halted to prevent damage.

Now the problem itself could already indicate damage.
It could also indicate a problem with your video driver since as I said the kernel crashed hard.

Typically first thing I suggest with stuff like this is to completely remove the old driver and reinstall the latest
Since the nvidia uninstall doesn't actually remove everything you may consider using driver sweeper to clean up the old install.
    Phyxion.net - Driver Sweeper
and install the newest driver from nvidia
    NVIDIA DRIVERS 275.33 WHQL

It would probably be easier to download the new driver before you start.
as the screen resolution will be horrible until you get it reinstalled.

    Code:
    Probably caused by : nvlddmkm.sys ( nvlddmkm+801f10 )

    VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE (116)
Attempt to reset the display driver and recover from timeout failed.
    Arguments:
Arg1: fffffa800c81b4e0, Optional pointer to internal TDR recovery context (TDR_RECOVERY_CONTEXT).
Arg2: fffff88010692f10, The pointer into responsible device driver module (e.g. owner tag).
Arg3: ffffffffc000009a, Optional error code (NTSTATUS) of the last failed operation.
Arg4: 0000000000000004, Optional internal context dependent data.

well as I said a bad power supply could be causing the error too, but it is looking like the video card.

rite, i have done it so now just wait and see if its fixed i guess lol i thought it was the power supply at 1st so i replaced it about 3weeks ago, was 500w and the new one is now 650w, so doubt it could be that?
thanks for your help and i will see how it goes :)

Well if you just want to stress your card for a bit to see what happens, run the benchmark mode in this.
Heaven DX11 Benchmark | Unigine - advanced real-time 3D engine (for games and virtual reality systems)

make sure it's running dx10 mode so it stresses the card you have properly (the 9800 doesn't support dx11)
