Hi

This morning same problem except the computer was idle, I was reading posts in this forum.

Temps (real temp display) cpu is 19-23 degrees celsius. Approx same yesterday.

Hi,

There are no BSOD dump files (.dmp) attached. Check C:\Windows\Minidump and upload any you find there.

In the meantime, given the newness of the hardware it would pay to run stress tests (also remove the O/C to be sure it is not a factor).

Hi reventon

1. No dump file in Windows\Mini dump.
2. Ran Prime95 for 2+ hrs after o/c. Passed ok.
2. Ran Memtest86 before and after o/c. OK
3. Will run Future mark and advise result.

reventon

1. Ran Furmark for 30+ minutes burn test. No crashes. Temps 33-58 degrees
celsius at 99% GPU loading.
2. Re-run MemTest 86 just in case. Have not used Kingston ram before.
Test completed after 42 minutes. No errors and test completed ok.

Leave everything at stock and use the PC normally for a few days. Prime95/Memtest/Furmark are not infallible, the true test is whether it BSODs or not. BSODs that do not produce dump files can be a sign of serious hardware issues.

OK. I will remove O/C and see what happens over the next week.
For some reason(over the years) if I had a blue screen of death I have never been able to find data or files as should be the case as advised in dialog box (details) on first reboot to desktop after crash.
Why is that? curious.

Thanks for taking the time to assist. Appreciated.
