Unable to restore or start the system

My Windows 7 Prof 32 bit got a virus. I removed the virus, but now the PC doesn't start. I tried to do system restem restore at two different time points. In both the cases I got D:\\Downloads\jquerylightbox\PrettyPhoto_uncompressed_3.01\__MacOsX\JS could not be deleted error. If I close and try to start noramlly I get only two options. The first one to Repair window and the second one to start normally. If I choose the first option, I again end at the unable to delete error. If I choose the second option, it doesn't start. Not sure what to do, and I am very desperate. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

I don't have boot camp (Mac OS). Mac OS is mentioned because the zip file I downloaded included one version for Mac also. I downloaded that file one year back, so that should not be the problem. After posting here I reverted the OS to the factory install, as it was the only option. It essentially wiped everything and reinstalled the OS. But still the virus persists. The problem manifested by the virus is when I click a link it goes to a totally different site. Whenever I do a scan, McAfee identifies it as TDSS.e!rootkit. It says it removed it, but it never goes away. I have tried the following:

    1. Reinstall the OS
    2. MalwareByte anti-malware
    3. Spybot search and destroy
    4. SUPERAntispyware
    5. McAfee
    6. Stinger from McAfee

    I am really desperate...

    Thanks

There are specific tools to remove that malware. I am not expert and suggest you google it.
