Intermittent explorer.exe crashes (ntdll.dll)

Hi guys.

This problem has been frustrating me for months. Explorer.exe keeps crashing at irregular intervals, the crash report denotes ntdll.dll as the culprit. I have uploaded a dump file. I hope someone can point me to the source of the problem.

Your help is highly appreciated.

Thanks.

Though incomplete this crash was relatd to NGSCM64.DLL Next Gen Suite Common Modules Nokia 6.86.134.6 PhoneBrowse. I would remove it to test, and failing that I would re-install the most recent version

Thanks for the reply. After removing the above mentioned program and all related dll's, I have still had multiple explorer crashes. Attached is another dumpfile.

Thanks once again.

P.S. What tool are you guys using to analyze the dumpfile?
