I just made a CD label on my PC, having taken a great deal of time to do it. When I saved it to my desktop (as I normally do for quick access) and tried to open it, I received this DISTURBING popup (see attachment), telling me that my "launch anywhere property files are missing." Does anyone know what this is, as I have no clue. (see attachment)

I think the answer is in the extension of the file you created and saved on Desktop. The extension leads W7 to think it is a Java file to be opened by a LaunchAnywhere executable.

Does your file have a .lax extension for example? Did you think up that extension yourself?

Can you give us a snip of the properties + name of this file by rightclicking and choosing properties?
