Hello Oronomus, welcome to SF!
Yep, as you said, you have a couple of problems with getting the right Windows 7 drivers for this mobo.
I'll sum up what I found so far:
1. Chipset SM bus controller (part of the mobo temp measurement and control sw) is messed up:
Quote:
SM Bus Controller PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1C22&SUBSYS_50011458&REV_05\3&13C0B0C5&0&FB The drivers for this device are not installed.
2. The drivers or hw for the onboard Audio has a problem:
Quote:
High Definition Audio Device HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_8086&DEV_2805&SUBSYS_80860101&REV_1000\4&3828EB94&0&0301 This device cannot start.
And it looks as if you've unsuccesfully tried to connect a PnP device. I suspect a usb mouse or keyboard or some other input device as the problem is connected to what Windows 7 calls a Human Interface...can you fill us in on what you've tried?
From the errors I see, I'd suspect Memory (RAM sticks, doesn't have to HW, could be settings / board.)
Rest of the drivers seem ok, though I have not had the time to check all yet...
First step is to boot in an as stable mode as possible, probably Safemode w/ networking and renew all applicable drivers for your mobo.
See here:
GIGABYTE - Motherboard - Socket 1155 - GA-H67M-D2-B3 (rev. 1.1)
After that, full Windows Update...

Please go to your Maintenance Center and check the Windows Update status. Make sure you are up to date, do them one by one manually if needed.
