Increasingly More Frequent BSODs

Hi there, recently I've been getting BSODs about once a day, before that one struck about three weeks ago for the first time since I bought the laptop (around June last year I believe).
I checked the update history around that date and there is nothing noteworthy, just a few security updates and MSE definition updates.
I've also had a look at the dumps in WinDbg and the "Most likely cause" seems to be inconsistent, and I'm afraid I don't have the technical expertise to dig and deeper than that :P.

Any help would be much appreciated, you seem like a friendly bunch on this forum!

Hello Nytez, welcome to SF! Let's see if we can make your perception a reality....

First thing, dumps are good to look at but we can see more things quickly if you post full info:

Second, I know you think Windows update is ok but the dump says otherwise... there are quite a few standard W7 drivers that are unclear and should have been updated and timestamped by an up to date W7.. Please check that carefully:

Please go to your Maintenance Center and check the Windows Update status. Make sure you are up to date, do them one by one manually if needed.

Actually, the dumps are quite clear. Three of them point to PCI bus problems (or corresponding driver, and one claims a hardware error related to your harddisk. However, that could also be caused by a PCI error.

So the third thing you need to do is goto the manufacturer site of the mobo and update drivers for your board. I don't see any system spec's so I can't show you what or where...
