You have one and only minidump,(not very helpfull),well that points to vwififlt.sys your wifi driver.

But im not sure about that so first follow these steps,

Uninstall and clean panda from your system using http://www.pandasecurity.com/resourc...STALLER_10.exe

    Download and install mse http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/secur...s/default.aspx

    Enable windows Firewall.

    ---------------------
Finish with the above steps and post back with ANY results.

BSODs caused by RTL8187Se.sys, Realtek RTL8187S Wireless LAN PCIE Network Adapter.
    Update it
    Realtek

Or get a newer version from Toshiba Drivers
    Toshiba Support - Homepage

    Code:

    BAD_POOL_HEADER (19)
The pool is already corrupt at the time of the current request.
This may or may not be due to the caller.
The internal pool links must be walked to figure out a possible cause of
the problem, and then special pool applied to the suspect tags or the driver
    verifier to a suspect driver.
    Arguments:
Arg1: 0000000000000020, a pool block header size is corrupt.
Arg2: fffff80000b9c7c0, The pool entry we were looking for within the page.
Arg3: fffff80000b9d170, The next pool entry.
