PC is freezing recently

Today my PC was freezing all the day after 5 or 10 mins opening the online game ( 9Dragons ) that i am playing around 2 years with this PC and there was no problem.

I attached BSOD and performance report.

Quote:
Is Windows 7 . . .
- x86 (32-bit) or x64 ? = 32
- the original installed OS on the system? Yes
- an OEM or full retail version? OEM
- OEM = came pre-installed on system
- Full Retail = you purchased it from retailer

- What is the age of system (hardware)? around 2 years
- What is the age of OS installation (have you re-installed the OS?) around 2 years

Please kindly instruct to me how to do fix this issue.
Thank in advance.

Hello kokop & Welcome to SevenForums!

Your .dmp is unloaded and cannot be analysed. Are there any new .dmp to attach?

Best Regards,
FredeGail

What does it mean .dmp is unloaded? I uploaded all what i have whole folder after running jcgriff2 software. I found out there is one dmp file at "Windows_NT6_BSOD_jcgriff2" folder. What would you like me to do again?

Thanks.

Since a couple of days ago, my laptop will not go to sleep half of the time when I close the lid. Reopening it will show a black screen with the fan still running and the hard drive working overtime. A hard reset by using the power button is then the only option. This does not always happen but...

Recently opened programs
In the start menu the games I play don't go higher up the list, in fact they keep getting pushed down until they aren't even in the menu at all by programs that I run once in a blue moon. Games should be ordered by how frequently they are used, the same way that all other programs are, despite...
