Windows 7: BSOD even after factory reset

I think i have some virus that has affected the factory restore area. I can work the laptop in safe mode. but at the moment internet explorer is the only program i can get to work.

BSOD come as soon as started up in normal mode.

Windows 7 home premium, acer aspire 5820T

I have attached the zip as instructed.
