Reset BIOS boot order to, Realtek Network Boot Agent last boot.

NOTE: for a example
BIOS boot order
1) CD/DVD drive. No 1
2) HD drive. No 1 ( OS drive)
3) CD/DVD drive. No 2
4) HD drive. No 2
5)Realtek Network Boot Agent

Try resetting the BIOS to default, & Realtek Network Boot Agent last boot.
