No, ntoskrnl is what the system says of it does not know the real cause. If it had been ntoskrnl... youŽd have many more problems...

I see. well i will post back if the updated wacom mousefilter.sys hasnt stopped the bsods, thanks for all your help so far!
Today a little error box popped up saying windows explorer has stopped working, after about 30 seconds it went away, dont know if that has anything to do with.. anything?
It should not happen but does not have to be related to the main prob in this thread.. If it happens only this one time, I'd leave it for now.
Was all going so well, but unfortunatley had another bsod today while watching tv online. Was having some errors while trying to install the latest java, dunno if that has anything to do with it.
My two cents,
The most recent minidump shows that,
You didnt update your Wacom(tablet) Mouse Filter Drivers Drivers
Drivers | Wacom Americas
Driver is from 2007.
Did you use again the Wacom mouse? If yes,for the moment don't. :)

Getting confused with this wacom driver business, in my system32 folder the date it was last modified was 2010. I've downloaded the latest drivers and reinstalled multiple times.
Have removed all wacom drivers and software for now
