Hey, posting from my laptop, while memtest runs, I realized something.

If i put a stick of RAM in the first black socket alone, it beeps. If i put a stick of RAM in the second black socket, it beeps. If i put 2 sticks of RAM in the first 2 sockets it works. If i put any DUAL channel, black or blue, PC crashes while loading/BSOD.

    Here are the pics.

By the way does memtest86 test RAM only? or RAM slots on the motherboard as well?

With memtest you can identify whether it is a bad stick of RAM, a bad motherboard, or incompatibility between the sticks.

Well from what you post i believe the motherboard is faulty.

But we will know better when you finish with the memtest.
    ----------------
Just a tip: If is that the case and the motherborad is faulty and you dont want to buy other motherboard then,

    When you finish with memtest,

Put 2 sticks of RAM in the first 2 sockets and try to play.

If that works, then you decide what to do.

But again we will know better when you finish with the memtest :)

Do you have any other ram sticks? If you have or if you can find (from a friend maybe) try also with them.

Hey m8, I usually play with the 2 Sticks of Ram in the first 2 slots anyway. There's no other configuration that works!

Anyway, im thinking I should buy a new motherboard, I already spent over $450 dollars on new parts, might as well finish it with a motherboard.

By the way, the first stick of RAM is done, I put it in 2 different slots (cuz i can only put it in 2 slots without the PC beeping), and it came out with no errors.

Im running the second stick now, while im at the office.

If you have warranty use it and replace it with better one.

But before you do that i advice you to try and with other ram sticks if you have or if you can find from a friend maybe just for testing purposes.

If you just had enough of that just grab the new motherboard with better one and enjoy
