Random BSOD Woes

I recently got a new SSD and had the PC center install it and I believe it's been running fine. A few days later I decided to try over-clcoking my Geforce 470 and it worked for a while then crashed and I've been trying to get all of the setting back to their default values. Now, sometimes after my Windows 7 home PC waits up from Sleep, the PC is unresponsive then I get a BSOD. I used the program WhoCrashed and it says the minidump is referring to rdyboost.sys.

I've attached the results from WhoCrashed. I wanted to attach the memory.dmp file but it's very large. I would appreciate any and all help.

Thx,
Christopher

Sorry about that, lets try again. My PC crashed again this morning shortly after waking it from sleep which has happened in the past. Last thing, I bought the Logitech wireless desktop MK710 keyboard and mouse with the unifying receiver.
