    new comp bsod


    I have bought a new comp from newegg.com Newegg.com - CyberpowerPC Gamer Ultra 2068 Desktop PC Phenom II X6 1090T(3.2GHz) 8GB DDR3 1TB HDD Capacity AMD Radeon HD 6850 Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit that is my comp. Since I have received it it has gotten bsod ive tried some things but havent worked.

    Hello,

    Try going through some hardware diagnostics, starting with each of the three Prime95 tests: https://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials...t-prime95.html

    Also run: RAM - Test with Memtest86+

    I ran memtest for each stick but no errors. running prime 95 right now

    also should i run memtest with all the sticks in and for how many tests should it run before i stop it?

    Yes, go ahead and run Memtest86 with all the sticks in, for about 8 passes. Run each of the three Prime95 tests for about an hour.

    prime95 showed no errors going to run memtest when i go to work

    ok, so after i ran memtest it showed one error in test 5.
