Update this driver:
regi.sys → Probably InterVideo regi.sys driver
If you cannot find the update, try to rename regi.sys into regi.bak (C:\Windows\System32\drivers).
So it won't load in the next Windows started.

Also update your Realtek NIC and High Definition Audio drivers: → Realtek
Code:
Rt64win7.sys Thu Aug 20 08:05:06 2009
RTKVHD64.sys Fri Oct 02 03:09:59 2009
See if the BSOD problem persist, then I recommend you to enable Driver Verifier.
Wait it until next crash then attach the new files here.

For NIC driver you can try this link:
Realtek
(or manual navigate to → NIC → Fast Ethernet → PCI Express → Software)

Hello sharma,
You don't need to rename that driver.
Download Win7 and WinServer 2008 R2 Auto Installation Program from the link I've given above, then run the setup.exe.
After the installation complete it will override old driver automatically.

Hello Sharma,
For troubleshooting your problem, try disconnect LCD TV to Laptop for a time being and see the progress.
If you still get BSOD, you can upload the new files here according the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instruction.
