Windows 7: BSOD despite no errors in prime95, memtest, etc

BSOD despite no errors in prime95, memtest, etc

Windows 7 32 bit
2.4Ghz 1M 533
2x512mb ddr 333 PC2700
Nvidia P162
WD 80gb ide drive

Constant BSOD opening program like cpu-z, SIW 2011, etc...despite 24+ hours no errors in Prime95 Small FTTs, 11+ hours no errors in Prime95 Blend, 24+ hours in both memtest86+ and windows memory diagnostic no errors, pass WD diagnostic, etc. Any help would deeply appreciated. Thanks in advance.

The cause of the BSOD is Related to cpuz135_x32.sys CPUID service from CPUID. I would remove it
