I don't know what is going on. This keeps happening during idle, or games.

Is you system overclocked at all?
You've produced a very specific type of error here that generally points either to a unstable overclock, or failing hardware.

I have had a small oc on my cpu for years.. maybe it is finally failing. I will reset it and see if that works. Thanks
