You need lots of updates :)

    In this order,

Update your windows using the windows update.

Download and install driver sweeper Phyxion.net - Driver Sweeper

Download the most recent software\driver for your ati AMD Graphics Drivers & Software

Uninstall your ati software\driver,restart in safe mode, run driver sweeper and clean any ati remaining fragments, restart in normal mode.

    Install the new ati software\driver,restart.

    Update DirectX.

    ------------------------------
This old driver in you system tap0901.sys is OpenVPN driver or Comodo driver.

Comodo?if that's the case it can be updated or uninstalled. My advice is to uninstall it.
Antivirus Firewall Software and SSL Certificate - Internet Security Software from Comodo

Vpn driver? if that's the case it can be updated or uninstalled.

I'm doing the windows updates atm, as for the tap0901.sys I don't use OpenVPN or Comodo, and don't think I ever had. What should I do? Get one of the installers and uninstall it?

    Do you had\have comodo installed?

Do you had\have installed CyberGhost? (VPN)

    Or check in C:\WINDOWS\system32\DRIVERS\tap0901.sys
    Find the
tap0901.sys rename it to tap0901.bakand restart.

Is better to uninstall the CyberGhost, though if you dont have it now, just rename the driver and restart.
