Is it enabled in Bios Eric?

Quote:
Intel Turbo Boost Technology is usually enabled by default by a switch in the bios where you can either enable or disable operation. Other than this, there are no user controllable settings to change Intel Turbo Boost Technology operation either in the hardware settings or operating system. Once enabled, Intel Turbo Boost Technology works automatically under operating system control.

Crash and lockup debug 'How To' - Windows 7 Forums

The reason I laugh is because there's obviously there's more wrong with it than that if it's disabled and hardware and drivers are the cause of these problems. My computer has nothing wrong with it either, but it would still crash when I set it up from a new install just because some of the drivers were not right even though it showed they were ok.

Intel Turbo Boost Difficulties
Okay, okay. I frequently play Gamecube/ Wii (mostly Gamecube) games on Dolphin Emulator. However, my processor (a laptop i7) is just on the verge of being able to run them. For example: Super Mario Sunshine runs just under 90% speed on high-ish settings without turbo boost. When my processor...

Intel Turbo Boost VS Overclocking?
- I am wondering, is Intel Turbo Boost just overclocking your CPU ( while keeping it in normal conditions) when it needs a boost? Lets say there was a program that you could install that overclocked your cpu when it needs a boost for processors that did not come with Turbo Boost in the first...
