Hellp Kultz, welcome to SF!

You have a TCP/IP driver problem:
HTML Code:
TCP/IP Protocol Driver ROOT\LEGACY_TCPIP\0000 This device is not present, is not working properly, or does not have all its drivers installed.
Goto manufacturer of your mobo to install latest...

You have multiple failed Windows Updates:
Quote:
Please go to your Maintenance Center and check the Windows Update status. Make sure you are up to date, do them one by one manually if needed.
For help or reset see: Windows Update - Reset
Some crashes are unclear, they could be caused by hardware problems but some point to your usage of cstrike.exe ... maybe, combined with the tcp/ip problem?

Please also check your Devices screen, I'd expect exclamation mark(s) on some usb devices. If so, either fix or, as a test, disable please.

But the biggest problem is probably a RAM problem. Many of your dumps are incomplete, consistent with memory problems.

Please test:
Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder or another ISO burning program.

Boot from the CD, and leave it running for at least 5 or 6 passes.

Just remember, any time Memtest reports errors, it can be either bad RAM or a bad motherboard slot.

Test the sticks individually, and if you find a good one, test it in all slots.

RAM - Test with Memtest86+

If you follow the testing advice fully, you'll be able to discern what ram stick and/or slot is the culprit. So test one by one please
