    BSOD problems

Hello, since I built my computer I have suffered from random yet infrequent (once a month or so) BSOD crashes. I recently had to replace my mother board and reinstall my copy of Windows 7 home premium 64 bit, this was about a month ago. Since then the crashes have become more frequent. To top that off a few days ago I purchased a new power supply and case so I could put my Sapphire HD 6870 in crossfire, since making the installation and enabling crossfire my computer has been going haywire giving me BSOD crashes every 15 minutes or so and freezing my games and exiting out of them. I have attached the requested files in a .rar file. Any help would be much appreciated, as I am quite stumped on what to do here.

First thing you need to do is update to SP1. This might help with some problems
Learn how to install Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (SP1)

Please run these tests and report back the results
    1. Memtest86 - Run for 7-8 passes - RAM - Test with Memtest86+
    2. Prime95 - Run all three tests for 3-4 hours each or until fail - https://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials...t-prime95.html

Do you have CCC installed? If you do try removing it along with the video card drivers and then reinstall just the drivers.

I forgot that when i reinstalled I didn't have internet access so that would be why I'm missing the service pack. I'm downloading it now though. I will also run those tests.

I do have CCC installed so I will try reinstalling it and report back with what happens. Thanks for the help!

Ok so I've ran memtest86 and it said my RAM was all good. Im starting to think this is a problem with my graphics cards, the older the game I play is the less if crashes. Games like the Witcher 2 will crash after 5 minutes where Counter-Strike Source can be played almost indefinitely.

I will run Prime 95 and report back the results.

Ok so while attempting to run the first two tests the program told me that it was unable to detect some of the hyperthreaded logical CPUs and then just sat there saying . when I ran the third test it ended up ending about a minute later with all of the "workers" stopped. Each claiming to have discovered an error. Does this program have a bug report I can save?

I think if you extract the exe to your desktop then it should create a file called results.txt

Alright, now that I've gotten a new CPU cooler and some more fans I've got my computer up and running again. I've had just two blue screen errors in the last couple days. My RAM is fine, after running memtest I received no errors. I will be running prime 95 now to see what's up with my pc. I did a disc defragmentation today to see if that helped, so far I'm not sure if it has. Here's the data from my latest crash:

    Problem signature:
    Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
    OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.768.3
    Locale ID: 1033

    OS Version: 6_1_7600

Ok I just don't know what to do now, I started running into trouble when trying to do a fresh install of CCC, when trying to install certain parts of the program the progress bar would just reset itself and said parts would eventually be given up on by my computer thus leaving the program incomplete. I tried installing 5 times and finally got it to work. When I tried to install all the needed updates from windows update my computer failed every single one of them, giving me a 8007007b error. There seemed to be a problem with windows installer. So I attempted to fix the problem to no avail, as a last resort I put in my Windows 7 disc to do an upgrade and replace existing files which were corrupt. The upgrade failed too, so I decided to back up my files and do a clean install, which worked just fine. Now I'm running into the same exact problem when trying to use windows update, I'm getting the 8007007b error on all the updates set to be installed.

I don't know what the problem is but it's definitely between one of two things, either my processor not being able to work with the required data (as seen with numerous blue screen and apphang crashes when I play 3d games) or it's my hard drive not being able to have files properly installed on it. Someone PLEASE help me, I'm going crazy here.

Here are the results from all 3 Prime95 tests, on the first one I tested for 6 hours and eventually workers 4 and 6 stopped working. The second one started with most of the workers stopping within a5 seconds or so with another stopping every 10-15 minutes.
