BSOD 6 times in a row!!!

    Windows Vista 32bit sp2(Main OS)
    Windows 7 SP1 32bit(secondary OS)
    Intel C2D E8400
    Transcend 4GB Ram DDR2
    Sapphire ATI 4770 HD
    Seagate 250GB
    WD 160GB

System is 3 years old.I had installed Vista sp2 on 1.1.2011 and win 7 SP1 may be a day after.
I start by saying sorry that I am posting about vista in a seven forum...as I got help from here very fast.(Plz dont deny the help).I did everything as is given in the forum for posting this.

I had installed Bitdefender Total Security 2012 Beta after removing Norton 360 v5 and Kaspersky PURE 2011.After this, not even one day had past and I got 4 BSOD errors in the morning when I was surfing the net.

The error on the blue screen was "BSOD irql not less or equal".

    Forgot to say this
When I sent the error report to Microsoft. It sent a solution like this.

Microsoft is unable to determine the exact cause of this error. However, this problem was most likely caused by an error in your computer’s random access memory (RAM). RAM is the main internal storage area the computer uses to run programs and store data.

During the crash analysis, we noticed the basic input/output system (BIOS) version on this computer does not match the specifications for the central processing unit (CPU), also known as a processor, that is installed on your computer. This can occur when a newer processor is installed on an older system board or older BIOS. Using a BIOS that does not support the installed processor can result in Windows system crashes. Contact your computer manufacturer or motherboard manufacturer for an updated version of BIOS for your computer's processor.

I had 2 more BSOD errors this morning.I got this after I changed Bitdefender to Avast.

I had both the files of yesterday and today's errors generated by your suggested software. Please help me...

I also have this problem of clock changing in BIOS multiple times.

    Hello Astroboy89, welcome to SF!

Something is wrong with your Bitdefender install:
    HTML Code:
    Unable to load image \??\c:\program files\common files\bitdefender\bitdefender firewall\bdfndisf6.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for bdfndisf6.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for bdfndisf6.sys
    Probably caused by : tdx.sys ( tdx!TdxSendConnectionTlRequestComplete+bc )
As a test, fully de-install and try MSE or Avast! with Windows Firewall.
Please see these links for uninstalling your AV:
Uninstallers (removal tools) for common antivirus software - ESET Knowledgebase
    or here

    Then reboot.
Sometimes these uninstallers do not remove all they should out of Registry:
Run CCleaner, both regular and registry.

Next install your preferred AV immediately.
Also, though I haven't checked the exact details of your double OS setup: check free space in D:, specially if that might be a system disk...

Last, for now: you need to let Windows Update finish:
Please go to your Maintenance Center and check the Windows Update status. Make sure you are up to date, do them one by one manually if needed.
For help or reset see: Windows Update - Reset
    +

    You have a devices problem:
    HTML Code:
SM Bus Controller PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_2930&SUBSYS_1085147B&REV_02\3&2411E6FE&0&FB The drivers for this device are not installed.
