Hitman Pro 3 - SurfRight

In the case of Malwarebytes, update the database and then run the full scan (even though it says the quick scan is recommended.) A full scan could take an hour or more depending on the size of the HDD. Hitman Pro will automatically install its latest version but if you're still running 7 Ultimate x64 make sure you download the 64-bit Hitman. If either scan detects anything and you're not sure what to do you can post the scan logs here.
I'll try both, I also have Eset Nod32 running 24/7

Still getting the crashing till now, whats only annoying is that the system tray icons dont get to be rebuilt properly.. is there some sort of command for this so I dont have to reboot to get my icons back ?

You could try rebuilding the icon cache.

Rebuilding the icon cache is just as good as performing a reboot, is there a way to get my system tray icons back w/o having to reboot?

I had the same symptoms. My last install before these symptoms was Google Drive sync software. I uninstalled the sync software, and Explorer stopped crashing...
