    Windows 7 Random Crashes need Help With DMP file

    Hello Windows 7 forum,

    I am new on this forum and i hope someone can help me with this problem i bought a computer from a shop and after that I installed windows everything went fine but when i Started my computer up again it keeps crashing No bsod. My computer just freezes i cant use my keyboard and my mouse.

    Computer setup:

    Asrock 870 extreme3
    2x2 Gb kingston 1333 mhz memory
    Ati radeon hd 5770
    Ocz 700W power supply
    Samsung 1 Tb spinpoint f3
    Amd phenom ii x4 965

    What i've done to try to solve these problems are:

    I tested my memory with memtest86 5 times it passed
    I tested my hard Drive with hd tune pro everything was fine
    I also checked my tempratures and they were in my opinion fine

    System 33c
    cpu 40c
    Aux Jumpes from 40c to 130c so i think that is a bug.
    smiovt4/6 34c
    Hd0 31c
    Core 41c

    Some people were telling me that it was the Realtek audio driver but that wasnt it for me.

    Ok so if im checking my event log i see this.

    - <Event xmlns="Error">
    - <System>
    <Provider Name="Microsoft-Windows-Kernel-Power" Guid="{331C3B3A-2005-44C2-AC5E-77220C37D6B4}" />

    <Channel>System</Channel>

    <Computer>Frank-PC</Computer>

    <Security UserID="S-1-5-18" />

    </System>

    - <EventData>
    <Data Name="BugcheckCode">0</Data>

    <Data Name="BugcheckParameter1">0x0</Data>

    <Data Name="BugcheckParameter2">0x0</Data>

    <Data Name="BugcheckParameter4">0x0</Data>

    <Data Name="SleepInProgress">false</Data>

    <Data Name="PowerButtonTimestamp">0</Data>

    </EventData>

    </Event>

    So i see that the bugcheckcode is 0 but i want to know which componnent the problem is.

    I have tryed to debug the minidump files with microsoft debugging tools downloaded from microsoft website.

    But there were no minidump files in the folder at all!!! And the computer says mini dump files are enabled.

    I hope some 1 on this forum can help me out!

    Ik heb de volgende dingen erbij staan:

    !_kernel_dump_list.txt
    $_netsh_lan1.txt\
    $_netstat_jcgriff2
    $_WER_ALL
    $_WER_localappdata
    $_WER_programdata
    $_WMIC_recoveros.txt
    $evtx_app_dump.txt
    $evtx_sys_dump.txt
    $jcgriff2_log.txt
    $msinfo32.nfo
    $RAM_info.html
    $set_environment_var
    $set_environment_var.txt
    $sys_list.txt
    $systeminfo.txt
    $Tasklist_SVCHOST.txt
    driverq_fo.txt
    driverq_si.txt
    driverq_v.txt
    dxdiag_x86t.txt
    HKCU_Soft_MS_Win_CV_Uninstall.txt
    HKLM_Soft_MS_A-S_Installed_Components.txt
    HKLM_Soft_MS_Win_CV_Uninstall.txt
    hosts.txt

    Heb jij misschien enig idee waar ik tussen zou moeten kijken want ik heb werkelijk geen idee.

    Het zou fijn zijn als je mij verder kan helpen dat stel ik zeer op Prijs.
