Windows 7: Computer crashed, in need of help

Computer crashed, in need of help

Alright so I got a blue screen then the computer shut down and restarted, upon start I got an error that windows couldnt boot and what not.
I just want to know how to format my harddrive.
I want everything on it to dissapear so I can install windows on fresh.
That's the only thing I want atm, I'm in need of my computer so any help ASAP would be appreciated.
And yes I know if I format my comp everything on the HD will disspear etc..........

Is it possible to start windows from another HD with windows on? I have an F drive with Windows on, if I could get on that one I could format the C drive from Windows itself

Anyone? please? In neeeeeeeeeeed of help =((((((
I put in a Windows 7 disc and booted it, I got to the screen where I can see all my harddrives.
I formated my C one (SSD 120gig) and now when I try to install Windows 7 on it I get Error Code: 0x80070570
