bsod due to netio.sys when use utorrent

- windows 7 home premium service pack 1
- OEM

i have been using utorrent for more than one year but from the last few days when ever i start utorrent after some time my pc crashes with a BSOD that says somting is wrong with netio.sys
i am attaching my dump files,
please help

Easy Related to mfenlfk.sys NDIS Light Filter Driver from McAfee, Inc. I would remove and replace with Microsoft Security essentials
