Blue Screen of Death loop, won't boot from CD or USB

I'm new to the forum so if I have put this in the wrong place let me know.

I can't get the dump files as I can't log on.

My problem is that, for some reason, after my laptop lost charge, once I turned it back on it prompted me to boot it in safe mode as there was an error. I booted in safe mode and a blue screen appeared but flashed too quickly to see what anything said, and restarted my laptop. I have tried every other option and this happens over and over, just a blue screen then a restart.

After looking on various websites I downloaded an .iso file that contains Windows 7 32-bit Recovery files so that I can access System Restore and use my backup files (if that makes sense). I opened the .iso file using WinRar and copied the files to a CD.

Like everywhere I have looked says, I have changed the order on the BIOS so that it boots from the CD. When I do this it simply just says press any key or whatever, I do that, and it just restarts.

My laptop is an Acer Aspire 5532 and is 32-bit. My OS is Windows 7 Home Premium.

Any suggestions on how to boot from the CD, or any other suggestions on how to fix it? Thanks.

    Hello there!

Run a Hard Drive Diagnostic using Flash drive HDDScan and see if its intact. Let us know if booting from Flash drive is also crashing. If so disconnect all the USB devices and just test with flash drive.

I don't have the slightest clue how to do that? Could you tell me?

At the moment I am using my parents' laptop which isn't very convenient. I've downloaded the zip file and extracted it... How am I meant to scan my laptop which is broke if I cannot boot from CD or USB?
