Windows 7: Faulty shut down on giving sleep command??!

Faulty shut down on giving sleep command on Toshiba Satellite Notebook running Windows 7 Home Premium?

My apologies I am new to this!
I have a new (5 months) Toshiba Satellite notebook.
I am running Windows Home Premium Service Pack 1, 64 bit Op system.
It has been running fine and all.
Recently, on giving a sleep oreder, whether by closing lid, or when issuing order from close options in Start button, or by using F3 key;
the screen does in fact shut down, but the power led lighs continue to work as normal, the light does not turn amber as it should for stand by,
and after sometime it reboots by itself with the message "Windows has recovered from unexpected error/ shutdown"

This happens randomly not all the time I try to go into sleep mode, and I do NOT get any other blue screens while working or such.
ONLY when trying to go into sleep voluntarily or after the scheduled time of inactivety.

I tried to use WinDbg here is a log of the last three times/errors
They seem to show the same culprit:

FAILURE_BUCKET_ID: X64_0x9F_3_bcmwl664_IMAGE_pci.sys
BUCKET_ID: X64_0x9F_3_bcmwl664_IMAGE_pci.sys

Please any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanking you all in advance!

Also, I noticed that; previously when it DID work fine, I could re-awaken it from sleep by pressing any key like the "enter" key.
Now after giving me these errors, when sleep DOES work, I can awaken it only by pressing the power button
(as long as the lid is still open that is), pressing any of the keyboard keys does nothing.

I tried to use WinDbg here is a log of the last three times/errors
