| | What's happened here is that you've reinstalled Windows, hence the creation of the Windows.old folder, which holds files from your previous installation. If there's nothing in there that you want you can use Disk Cleanup to delete the files. How do I remove the Windows.old folder? |

| | I see that the folder is named Windows.old.000. Try renaming it as Windows.old and restart your computer then check in Disk Cleanup again. I notice you have two other folders: Windows.Starter and Windows.Starter.Original. How many times have you tried to install Windows 7? |

| | i had 2 operating systems but now i deleted one, and my primary one has these downloads I re-named it, i had the option to delete it but still it has got 2 files which are taking a huge amount of space |
