Two or three things stick out from your post:
1) You say you've updated drivers for everything several times. If you install a new driver without uninstalling the old ones first, that can lead to problems.
2) First you say you installed from a Windows ISO, and then you used a Vista upgrade copy of Windows to reinstall Windows 7 and now you say you've installed Windows again from a borrowed disc. Really, it's no wonder you've got problems.
In my view, your best bet would be to buy your own version of Windows 7, wipe your hard drive and carry out a clean install.
