Tried installing xp on partition. Now BSOD and unable to boot to OS'S

I have windows 7 home premium X64. Partitioned a section of the drive to install xp home. Now computer will not boot to either OS. Goes to BSOD page. Tried reinstalling the xp os, but it constantly goes to the BSOD. Have I no hope in fixing this problem or of seeing my beloved windows 7 again? If you help me. I promise I will never try something like this again. No game is worth this trouble.

       Information
Boot up using the Startup Repair CD or Windows 7 DVD. (not the OEM manufacturer's Recovery Disk) If you have a Netbook, you will need a CD/DVD drive.
NOTE: Make sure no USB drives are plugged in.
Do not use a USB Pendrive for Startup Repair.

    Try this:
    Do a Strartup Repair:
    Startup Repair
Note: You may need to do startup repair 3 to 4 times.
