Could you have a look in the dir specified in the quote.. you should have a dumpfile there but it was not in your upload..:

    HTML Code:
    Event[597]:
      Log Name: System
      Source: Microsoft-Windows-WER-SystemErrorReporting
      Date: 2011-09-04T14:50:53.000
      Event ID: 1001
      Task: N/A
      Level: Error
      Opcode: N/A
      Keyword: Classic
      User: N/A
      User Name: N/A
      Computer: DERICK
      Description:
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x000000c9 (0x0000023e, 0x8d0ee26c, 0x9b9c4f68, 0x00000000). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 090411-28688-01.
This was a Non fatal error instigated by Driver Verifier that we need to look into...

There should be a second one of this date: Date: 2011-09-04T11:48:00.000

Yes, thanks. Very strange. Don't have much to go on this way.. the logs claim multiple bluescreens, more than you have sent and tose you did send were incomplete...
Lets address an issue in the logs (MpTelemetry), just to be sure it si not an update issue:

    1. Open Internet Explorer.
    2. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options .

Note If the menu is not available in the Internet Explorer window, press the ALT key on the keyboard to display the menu.
    3. On the Connections tab, click LAN Settings , and then click Advanced .
    4. Delete any entries in the Exceptions section, and then click OK .
    5. Close Internet Explorer.
    6. Click Start , and then type cmd in the Start Search box.
    7. In the search results list, right-click Cmd.exe , and then click Run as Administrator .

If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password, or click Continue .
    8. Type the following commands. Press ENTER after each command.
    • netsh winhttp reset proxy
    • net stop wuauserv
    • net start wuauserv
    9. Try to install the updates again.

Method 2: Enable the "Automatically detect settings" option in Internet Explorer
To do this, follow these steps:
    1. Open Internet Explorer.
    2. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options .

Note If the Tools menu is unavailable in Internet Explorer, press the ALT key to display the menu.
    3. On the Connections tab, click LAN Settings .
    4. Click to select the Automatically detect settings check box, and then click OK .
    5. Try to install updates again.
