It will not open I double click on Windows update and nothing happens.

Windows 7 Unexpected crash(BlueScreen) Everytime i open BitTorrent
So, this is how it goes. I am downloading an eight-gigabyte file on BitTorrent while suddenly, the screen flashes and restarts. This is ocassionally happening while im gonna continue my download. What I'm doing to avoid this, I am closing BitTorrent. But, I really need to continue the download....

I was surfing the web and I got blue screen of death and got the following message: I also get this message when I put USB devices into certain USB ports on my computer What does this message mean? Why did I get this message? How can I prevent it from showing up again?
