Multiple Screens displayed when laptop starts When I start my Acer Aspire 5920G, it displays 6 small screens.
- appears in BIOS mode, in Safe Mode, boot in Windows 7 DVD
- removed the Nvidia graphics card, and it became worst, white screen.
- last time I did is watching a internet video and noticed some flickering and sound delays.
- already used repair my computer in Win 7 DVD boot, but the problem persist.
Will post a snapshot of the screen. I still need to figure out to post the picture from my iPad. | My System Specs |

Hello Tormentor15, welcome to SF!
Is the info on those 6 screens correct? Iow, are they 6 replicas of what your normal screen would be?
Take out the 8600 AND check your RAM. Assume you have either 3x1GB or 2GB+1GB? In the latter case, take out the 1 GB.
Start in Safemode if possible and run SFC:
Run a system file check to verify and repair your system files.
To do this type cmd in search, then right click to run as administrator, then
SFC /SCANNOW
Read here for more information SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number custom build OS Windows 7 64b Ultimate CPU I7-2600 3.40GHz - testing various OC levels.. Hi MvdB. Yes, it is 6 replicas of the normal screen. It can only boot up in Safe mode. My RAM is 2+1GB.
I will try your suggestion. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Acer Aspire 5920G - 812G25Mn OS Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit CPU Intel Core 2 Duo T8100, 2.1GHz Memory 3GB DDR2 PC2 5300S 555MHz Graphics Card Nvidia GeForce 8600M GT 512MB Monitor(s) Displays 15.4" WXGA Acer CrystalBrite Hard Drives 250GB Hitachi HDD |

Well, it does look you could do some real parallel processing there I have to pay for 6 screens and you get them for free!
What happened when you tried this: Quote: Try reboot, keep pressing F8, Goto Windows Advanced Opions and choose Enable VGA mode. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number custom build OS Windows 7 64b Ultimate CPU I7-2600 3.40GHz - testing various OC levels.. Ok, lets check that I'm sure of what you did or did not do:
1. Have you taken out the 1GB ? If not yet, please do.
2. Can you see enough in one of the six screens to login and type commands? If so... do and tryout the SFC. If possible in Safe Mode.
3. sounds strange but have you tried carefully checking the screen positioning to see if there might be a bad connection? | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number custom build OS Windows 7 64b Ultimate CPU I7-2600 3.40GHz - testing various OC levels..
