Getting Kernel Power error ID 41
Hello, Can anyone help me with a constant random Pc reboot error. My event log says it's a kernel Power error ID 41. I really don't know what is wrong with it. Should i re format my pc? I have vital information on my pc for my examinations and i don't want to lose all of them. Plz help me with that issue.
Here is the event log info and i've attacted the minidump file( i don't know how to read it myself). Any help would be appreciated. also if any info lacks in the post that can help you solve my problem..tell me.
