| | windows is loading files... I got a laptop its about 2 weeks old running Windows 7 64bit, and it just shutoff and now every time u try to boot if I get to a page where it says Windows is loading files with a progress bar that fills up twice but after the 2nd time it just stays on that screen until it shuts off again |

| | it reminds me when you are installing windows. Did you install anything before shutting it off? Being truthful is the best way to get help. |
