Hello, I've been getting multiple BSOD's this laptop. It used to crash and reboot before I got a chance to write down the info, but I turned off the auito-reboot feature.
My Specs:
Acer laptop model 7745g-9823 With Intel Core i7 740QM processor
ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5650 graphics card
4 GB memory
500GB hdd
It's running Windows 7 Home Premium x64, and is the original OEM install. I have not re-installed anything, as the reseller did not include any discs from which to re-install from
The system is about 6 months old, as is the install.
I am attaching the file requested as well, although it is rar'd not zipped.
At First I thought it was a heat issue, so I bought and have been using a laptop cooler. But the crashes have continued, I have run the Windows Memory Diagnostic, and Scandisk on the main drive, and neither report any problems. Still I suspect a problem with one of the memory boards. Any help you can provide will be appreciated.
Adding info, forgot to tell you the BSOD info
