check your NIC drivers and chipset are fully up to date ?

Also take a look for clues in reliability monitor and event viewer errors also including the windows logs ?

yes the network interface card drivers and chipset are up to date. I also have look for clues in reliability monitor and event viewer errors also including the windows logs and there is nothing just one critical error windows wast stop correctly because i had to restart it.

I also run the stress test for the CPU an RAM and was no error is there a posebility that there is some configuration in BIOS wrong ?

As your computer is new, it'll pay you contact your reseller for some support.

It should have a warranty and you might as well make use of it to either have your computer repaired or replaced.
