BSOD computer won't start up to desktop, error: 0x490

Hello smart people,



I recently received my computer and from the start I was having problems with BOSDs, but now i have error 0x490, and i can't go into safe mode as f8 menu won't appear. I have tried using the windows disc to repair my computer, but so far no luck.
the specs of my computer are:
AMD Retail Box CPU Phenom II x4 965 3.40 GHz
AMD 970A-D3 Motherboard
2 TB Seagate Hard Drive
HYPERX MEMORY 8GB DDR 3 RAM
LG Blue Ray Internal Optical Drive
ATI Saphire HD6870 1 GHz DDR3
My System SpecsSystem Spec
