BSOD happening with more frequency - during video streams?

Is Windows 7 Home Premium x64
upgrade version from Gateway
System age = 2 years old
OS installed about 20 months ago-ish

Noticing Blue Screens happening during odd times. Like streaming videos but not during gaming. Crashed once or twice while I was using "Super" which is a video conversion software.

Disconcerting. I tried memtest and a video card stability test, which both reported no abnormalities.

I've done my best to attach what was required to post. The System Health Report.html is also in the zip.

Any ideas? My guess is either there's a codec or hardware thing going on...

If I have not followed directions, please forgive my noobishness on this board.
TIA!
