    Issue with 64 bit amd/windows 7 forms.dll? SFC /scannow failure

I was having computer issues after a faulty driver install. So to make it easy on myself, I decided to do a full reformat and re-install of Windows 7. Got everything up to date, service pack 1 installed as well as the other windows updates.

But my computer keeps freezing throughout the night, or windows suddenly crashes and causes a reboot with the message that it did not shut down properly.

So I did memtest, fine. Dskchk turned out fine as well.

Then I ran SFC /scannow from an elevated command prompt.

It gives me an error stating that problems were found that it could not repair.

    This is my sfcdetails.txt contents:

Long time visitor and you guys have helped me solve issues before, this is my first time posting though so you know I'm stumped.

Perhaps one of you true genius types might know more. Thanks in advance, and hello.

Try running it several times it can't fix them all at once. Also you can replace system files from your installation dvd but since you have installed sp1 it would have to be one that has sp1 already slipstream or is bought that way. You also have to take ownership of the files that you would be replacing.

    Take Ownership Shortcut

Extract Files from Windows 7 Installation DVD

The only disk I have is my original OEM copy. It does not have SP1, I updated that via windows update. Is there a legal way for me to obtain a slipstream SP1 Windows 7 home premium disc that would function with my license key?
