Crashing randomly without BSOD
My computer keeps crashing randomly I can just be simply browsing the internet and I have to turn the power off. I think it might be dust as I can sometimes hear the computer make noises but don't really want to open it up. Therefore i'm not really sure where to start. I have defragged and done virus/spyware scans which comes up with nothing. What else can I do to get more to the problem.
