Random BSOD/slowdown then reboot while playing games or watching VLC

64bit Windows Home Premium OEM
1 month old install.
1 month old hardware.
No overclocking.
Home built.

i7 2600
850w corsair power supply.
G-Skill 10666 dual channel 8gb (1333)
120gb OCZ Vertex 3 ssd
2tb Samsung something something
2 x Gainward GTX570 GLH in SLI
Z68X-UD3R-B3 motherboard
Onboard sound (optical out and stereo out)

I'm not sure what's causing the crash. It happens *sometimes*. I can't trigger it, my temperatures appear ok (30ish for CPU, 70ish for GPU (celcius)).

I've had about 8 BSODs, and a couple of just sloooooowdown then resets. The slowdown occurs over about 20 seconds. I can't make head nor tail of the logs.

Please help
