Windows 7: PC Freezes, possibly Event 10

PC Freezes, possibly Event 10

I've got this problem. My PC randomly freezes, mostly when I'm playing games. I think I've found the reason why. The most recent event in the Even Log is Event 10, Source WMI and it's description reads:
Event filter with query "SELECT * FROM __InstanceModificationEvent WITHIN 60 WHERE TargetInstance ISA "Win32_Processor" AND TargetInstance.LoadPercentage > 99" could not be reactivated in namespace "//./root/CIMV2" because of error 0x80041003. Events cannot be delivered through this filter until the problem is corrected.
CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 955
RAM: Kingston 2x4GB DDR3 1333 MHz
VGA: nV MSI N560GTX-Ti Hawk
OS: Windows 7 64b Professional (MSDNAA)

If you guys know how to get rid of this problem I would be very grateful. And if there are any spelling/grammar mistakes I am sorry, English isn't my native language. Thank you.

Edit: I tried running the script from the Microsoft Support, but I get an Access Denied Error.
Edit2: I applied this fix(, so I will see if it works.
