I am not able to get in the bios as well....its stuck on the mother board info screen

I wanted to check the bios, but since I am not able to get in I am stuck...I was thinking of opening up the tower, but not sure if that would solve anything....I am just don't want to lose what I have....

I did the google search on the issue and noticed 2 other people had the same issue, but no solution was posted.
